Digital + Creative Producer (W2 hourly contract role - evergreen/no end date)


We are seeking a skilled Digital + Creative Producer to join the global creative studio of our client, a global athletic retail brand based in Beaverton, OR. You must have experience delivering AR experiences/filters, virtual experiences, microsite hubs, and digital motion content. You have a solid creative production background, understand how to work with creatives and deliver content & creative directives. Must be proficient in using asset management & tracking tools. Strong skills as a negotiator and experience managing a scope of work and budget are required. You bring with you a solid community of freelancers and agencies you’ve worked with who you can engage who are skilled in creating conceptual digital + motion/AR content for retail. 

 

Position Summary

The Digital + Creative Producer is an extremely organized, strategic, positive team orchestrator who is responsible for executing project objectives and deliverables. As our Digital Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing the production of our clients .com experiences as well as creating, implementing and championing best practices across the client’s multiple teams.  


You’ll own the day-to-day project schedule, and manage project costs, timelines and quality while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end management of projects, from brief to product launch that deliver best in class content and storytelling. You’ll often juggle multiple project simultaneously and prioritize and reprioritize based on client needs. You will be working closely with stakeholders, Brand Managers, Designer, Copywriters and others to ensure the delivery of an on time, seamless digital experience. Additionally, you will offer support and mentorship to less senior members on your team. You are highly organized, detail-oriented and has a strong visual aesthetic, as well as a strong understanding of in-house and third-party production workflows. You are professional problem-solvers who are adept at moving work from concept to consumer. You adhere to the creative process of our clients and can work strategically to prioritize and drive multiple projects and priorities at once. You know how to plan and execute photo and video shoots, but that won’t be the bulk or focus of this role.

  

In Your Role, You Are (Accountable for): 

·        Creating content publishing briefs (CQ brief), including link gathering, submitting to translations and QA.  

·        Collaborating with all partners (CQ, Brand, Geo partners, Vendors) in managing the back-end production responsibilities to launch seasonal work.  

·        Partnering with Brand Design and Marketing to drive work forward and ensure creative work is on brief.  

·        Ensuring details of CQ production briefs are accurate leading up to launch and all potential issues are managed and resolved.  

·        Periodically being available at odd hours in order to support specific initiative-, product- or category-related content and product launches. 

·        Creating, implanting and championing best practices for your team and others 

·        Supporting where bandwidth allows on special projects. 

·        Supporting the creative leadership team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, and information distribution.  

·        Tracking and moving initiatives forward while working with multiple stakeholders.  

·        Facilitating meetings, preparing impactful agendas, and establishing next steps and owners.  

·        Attending critical product meetings and understanding the Digital product roadmap.  

·        Estimating resource requirements.  

·        Mentoring junior members of the team  

·        Raising risks and opportunities to Studio Managers/ Directors.  

·        Experience managing photo shoots, animation, digital experiences and physical environment experience creation. 

 

Education & Experience 

 

·        5+ years of Creative Project Management 

·        Strong creative aesthetic  

·        Bachelor's degree preferred  

·        Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills  

·        Strong writing and communication skills, as well as attention to detail  

·        Ability to multitask and remain pleasant, while under high pressure/tight deadlines  

·        Working knowledge of Adobe CC suite tools  

·        PO/Budget management  

·        Ability to handle multiple unrelated projects simultaneously (multiple categories and cross-category workstreams)  

·        Expectation management (dates, budgets, deliverables)
