onehome is looking for a dynamic Digital Learning Developerin our Miramar, FL home office. This position is responsible for bringing innovative and digital training solutions to our team. In addition, you will play a key role in enabling modern learning through learner-centered, and impactful learning experiences (gamification, simulations, role-plays, VILT tools, video, Blended learning, Customize Learning, Micro learning, Virtual reality, Simulations, etc). This role requires knowledge and skill in adult learning, instructional design, learning technology, and multimedia development. You will also be responsible for maintaining our LMS system, including reporting and tracking. You will be the liaison between the training team and the IT department.

Responsibilities:

· Assess Training Needs (10%):

o Partner with Training Leadership to assess training and development needs and make recommendations for additional training courses.

· Design/Develop Training (40%):

o Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME), stakeholders, and Learning Experience Designer to identify goals and create content for learning experiences that align with the organizational strategies and performance metrics.

o Use a variety of tools to build learning experiences that include material/media (audio, video, simulations, eLearning, role plays, games, graphics, and images) for learning experiences.

o Modify and update existing training program and supporting materials as needed.

o Implement new innovative ways to deliver trainings (Blended learning, Customize Learning, Micro learning, Virtual reality, Simulations, etc.)

· Manage Training Technologies (50%):

o Learning Management System (Talent LMS)

§ Assess current LMS and make recommendations for future functionality and/or recommend new LMS.

§ Maintain platform with assistance from Training Coordinator (roster, reporting, tracking, automating communications, adding courses, etc.).

o Content Management (OneEpedia)

§ Revise the User Interface (UI) of the internal content management system.

§ Maintain the platform and make recommendations for future enhancements.

o SharePoint

§ Recommend enhancements.

§ Partner with IT to develop a robust SharePoint site for the training team to maintain all training files and materials.

§ Partner with Training Coordinator to maintain the SharePoint site.

o Other Training Development Technologies

§ Articulate 360—we currently leverage this technology for our eLearning courses use (Rise, Storyline, etc.).

§ Zoom

§ Video

§ Virtual Reality

§ Research and recommend new technologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, relevant certifications
  • 3+ years of experience in content development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, Learning Management Systems, and digital training
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (ability to communicate in English)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, planning, and program design skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Ability to multitask/handle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Technology experience (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS, OneNote, SharePoint, Articulate, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating content outlines, storyboards, and assessments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative professional work environment
  • Experience in learning management systems required

  • Instructional Design experience using eLearning software
  • Experience capturing and editing Audio and Video
  • Digital learning experience
  • Presentation/Training skills
  • Master’s degree (Training, Instructional Design, Business, etc.)
