About the Augmented Reality Services Manager role:
The Strategic Services team is responsible for the innovation and implementation of new Services at Hach. One area of focused innovation is leveraging Augmented Reality (AR) within our Training, Field Service, Tech Support, and Sales teams. This person's primary responsibilities will be to project manage our AR program rollout, collaborate with subject matter experts across various departments, and assist in the creation of AR content creation. AR content will be created with a third-party application and this person will work with other SMEs and content creators to generate content.
- In-depth experience with standard AR hardware, software, best practices, and design patterns
- Project manage the creation and implementation of digital AR courses that supplement Hach’s existing course catalog
- Partner with various stakeholders in the company (senior managers, KOLs, SMEs, training facilitators) to manage successful AR program rollouts and technology adoption
- Creativity in finding solutions to abstract design problems, particularly with respect to translating real-world concepts and interactions into AR
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, and services.
- Proficiency in data analytics, business case analysis, and reporting
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and team activities through self-directed time management and organization
- Ability to manipulate CAD files (i.e. SolidWorks) or work with technical teams on content inputs and edits
- Gather and evaluate Voice of Customer (internal/external) leading to the development and implementation of plans for continuous improvement
- Support revenue generation through customer learning events
- Measure customer satisfaction and impact of AR program effort

Are you qualified?
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Business, Instructional Design or another related field
- Technical skills in game/AR/VR development (i.e. Unity) or wearable VR ie. Hololens
- 5+ years of learning and development experience, including experience in a large (2000+) multinational business
- Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories
- Commercial Acumen
- Experience managing global projects and portfolio
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Ability to effectively operate in an ambiguous framework
- Ability and comfort leading and managing change
- Comfort working in an environment of continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
The below range is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
