We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant - Pharmacovigilance to join our team.

If you hold an BSc degree in Life sciences or IT with experience in the life sciences industry (preferably Pharmacovigilance) and have an interest in and an understanding of IT we might be looking for you! It is an advantage if you have experience with pharmacovigilance business processes and patient safety systems.

The role will support the team with the implementation of a new cloud-based patient safety system. This includes:
  • Supporting the team refining business requirements and making sure all requirements are fulfilled by the system.
  • Tracking the progression and technical development of requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining close collaboration between business and IT.
  • Working closely with the client and vendors to review the current process documents and author new documents for Veeva Safety Vault.
  • Authoring of GxP documentation.
  • Facilitating review and approval of GxP documentation.
  • Documenting and managing Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions.
  • Provide support to the team on business requirements and system functionality to ensure the client can maintain the system and process after full implementation.
Additionally You Will
  • Author Standard Operating Procedures and associated Job Aids for the business process and IT system maintenance for Veeva Safety Vault. Processes include global case handling, aggregate reporting, metadata maintenance, etc.
  • Help to finalize the business requirements for global implementation of Veeva Safety Vault.
  • Provide support with administrative tasks.
Your Main Skills Include
  • BSc in Life Sciences
  • Experience in the life science industry.
  • Experience working with cloud-based software applications.
  • Strong skills with all Microsoft Office apps
  • GxP documentation
  • Cloud systems
  • Ability to work as a team player in a consulting environment
  • Consulting Mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • The ability to work without close supervision to tight deadlines meeting all quality and schedule requirements
