We are looking for a talented Animator to join our team and help make this vision a reality by animating characters and vehicles and creating technical rigging in Maya and Unity.

The Animator is expected to have a high familiarity with using Autodesk Maya. A solid grasp of the principles of body movement, anticipation, overshoot, follow-through, squash, and stretch, forward and inverse kinematics and other facets of 3D animation is essential. 

What your responsibilities will be:

• Create high quality key-frame animations for both humanoid and non humanoid characters
• Ability to prototype, create block-out animations to sync with audio requirements
• Coming up with original ideas for animations
• Working with designers to establish the artistic and creative vision for scenarios
• Collaborating with engineers and artists to provide technical and gameplay requirements

What you bring with you:

• Broad and deep experience in a production environment
• Significant experience in animating humanoid bipeds
• Strong self-management skills are critical and artists must be able to work within a fast-paced distributed team environment
• High level of follow through and ability to take initiative to solve problems
• Good understanding of form and silhouette
• High attention to detail 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• The ability to understand, consider, and give constructive feedback
• Software experience with Unity and Maya, preferably in VR
