As an Internal Recruiter at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a valuable role in ensuring that Micron Team members have a positive experience in ease of use of our internal talent acquisition process as well as ensuring Hiring Managers have all the tools, systems and resources to optimally and efficiently handle internal talent movement.
  • Handle all internal only job postings.
  • Assist on posting jobs Coordinates with Asia TA for cross platform postings
  • Coordinates interviews and schedules
  • Process hires Internal Site to Site Domestic International Transfer Cross Country hires ie: NA HM – SG Hire (staying in their respective countries)
  • Contractor/Intern Conversions Extend offers
  • Maintain all internal job opportunity program resources on myHR, ensure they are accurate and up to date and address potential questions from internal candidates
  • Provides mentorship on salary compensation ratios
  • Coordinates with Immigration for visa processing
  • Provide high level of service to Managers and provide resources as needed
  • Processing Domestic and International transfers which also includes providing them a high-level overview of NA Benefits and Mobility Policy package and answering questions as needed
  • Being able to provide on the fly assistance when an issue arises.
  • Ensure Micron team members have a positive candidate experience by responding to all candidates and having Hiring Managers follow up with them as appropriate
  • Make recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements seek "special" projects as specified by NA TA Manager
  • Recruit & deliver highly qualified internal candidates against open positions, drawing upon guiding skills and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of actions to guide Hiring Managers and internal candidates through the hiring process.
  • Coordinating with Mobility, Immigration and Hiring Managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience for internal hires.
  • Work directly with key business and HR partners to understand and help resolve recruiting needs to meet Micron’s strategic objectives.
  • Direct and lead excellent communication with internal candidates to provide an outstanding interview experience.
