We are looking for an exceptional Manufacturing/Operations Manager who can…


  • Provide exceptional leadership for production personnel to exceed goals.
  • Is adaptable and collaborative in meeting operational business unit objectives while fostering individual and business growth.
  • Present a highly motivated and talented leadership that consistently demonstrates the ability to resolve problems while teaching others how to innovate, grow, win, and the value of ownership.
  • Diligently plan and execute upon both short and long-term initiatives. Focus areas include time and attendance management, performance management, compliance, ownership of meetings content and delivery, setting priorities and escalation, budgetary recommendations, Lean/6S activities, and team selection, training and development.


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE Suite, MS Visio, MS Access and MS Project, ERP systems (Oracle Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of lean-sigma principles and knowledge of process improvement tools; Demand Flow Technology (DFT), VSM, flow design, kanban, cycle time, takt time, line balancing, constraint theory, kaizen, 6S, DFT, and CpK, ISO-9001 familiarity, PFMECA, SPC, 5-Why, 8D, DFX, etc.
  • Ability to develop presentations, present to audience; group training or status to senior level managers, excellent communications skills, commitment to safety and quality
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – experience in clean room manufacturing, heavy fabrication, assembly, and test preferred
  • Minimum 5 years direct management experience – managing greater than 50-75 employees in a manufacturing environment
