Who You’ll Work With: At Lenovo, we manufacture one of the world’s widest portfolios of connected products, including PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones and workstations as well as augmented and virtual reality (ThinkReality) and smart home/office solutions, software and services. In this role you will be representing the product portfolio for our IDG business. IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. What You'll Do: The ideal Smart Collaboration Inside Sales Representative will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess Collaboration skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. An understanding of conferencing platforms cloud based solutions is ideal. Representatives will work with field partners and end-user customers in the US to drive opportunities and education around Lenovo's Smart Collaboration portfolio offerings. Account Representatives will support configuration discussions and provide solutions as well as proactive follow-up, high-level demos, product information and overall account support via voice and video platforms. The Inside Sales Representative will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, outbound calls and weekly program follow ups with the partners. This acquisition focused Inside Sales Representative will work with field partners and end-user customers within the US to drive opportunities and education around Lenovo's portfolio offerings. Account Representatives will support configuration discussions and provide solutions as well as proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone. The Inside Sales Account Representatives will also work within the segments initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, outbound calls and weekly program follow ups with the partners.
