Lenovo is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic AR/VR Technical Solution Architect to support our customers and be a key driver of our corporate growth strategy. As ARVR Solution Architect, you will be the technical subject matter expert for our customers. You will be focused on enabling / facilitating solution adoption and you will also provide field enablement expertise on innovative solutions (Data Management). You will also be a key piece of the customer satisfaction puzzle by voicing customer needs and influencing our AR/VR solutions portfolio. Strong Creativity, Self-driven, Empathy, Teaming and Tenacity will be key successful leadership skills for this role. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong technical and project management skills in emerging technologies. This role can be based out of Singapore or HongKong and will allow a flexible working schedule. Responsibilities will include: Pre-sales (35%) – Solution Branding
  • Support Business Development Managers/Account Teams by attending customer pre-sales meetings / presentations
  • Recommend AR/VR solutions, enterprise architectures, application infrastructure, integration strategies, required to successfully implement a complete solution on ThinkReality.
  • Support customers in prototyping and demonstrating and product deployment in customer environments, and identifying and mitigating key customer technical objections Post-sales (65%) – Solution Implementation (POC and after)
  • Own the technical relationship with customers/partners, enabling them to manage product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work and coordinate additional technical resources.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the technical on-boarding of new customers as well as post go-live support
  • Drive user technical training and adoption by establishing best practices
  • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
  • Drive the integration of the solution into an existing infrastructure, implementation and integration of Third-Party Product and services into a cohesive solution design
  • Capture customer requirements in order to help create new features and set roadmap priority. Share architecture and development best practices with users across our customer base. ? 5+ years’ technical / development experience in AR/VR industry ? Program languages: C#, Json, Rest protocol. ? Complete technical architecture, deep expertise in data (PLM, 3D, 2D), applications/middleware, infrastructure. ? Very well structured and organized ? Strong leadership qualities including empathy, tenacity, patience, and creativity ? Language: English – other languages are a plus.
