Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

  • Selling the entire Osso VR platform across an existing set of Osso VR customers
  • Upselling new licensing and development opportunities within existing business units
  • Cross-selling into new, untapped opportunities with new business units within assigned customer base
  • Maintaining high renewal rates 
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual targets 
  • Working with Customer Success to identify customer goals that can unlock future growth opportunities
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business

  • Have 5+ years of full cycle SaaS or tech sales, 3+ years of enterprise sales, consistent quota attainment
  • Are passionate about healthcare and patient safety
  • Are interested in and believe in the power of virtual reality
  • Want to be a part of a team and promote a technology that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry
  • Are a “scrappy” self-starter and comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Are committed to ensuring that customers maximizing their investment with OSSO VR and are successful 
  • Enjoy or have experience with adult learning, simulation, and technical training
  • Are open to travel 25-50% of the month post COVID
  • Like to build relationships with customers but also like to hunt for additional business opportunities
  • Believe in selling on value and ROI vs technical functionality

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years experience in medical device or healthcare related sales
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies, including to C-suite and SVP level
  • Ability to build and deliver a variety of presentations to your customers
