Our technology is being used by the top medical device companies and Academic Medical Centers to train thousands of surgeons, on dozens of the latest surgical techniques, in over twenty countries around the world. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Selling the entire Osso VR platform within a set of global enterprise prospective accounts
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, qualification, evaluation, demo-ing and closing.
  • Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives & Marketing to qualify and pursue company generated leads 
  • Coordinating resources throughout the sales cycle, including Customer Success, Client Services, Product, CEO, etc.
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Providing regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through CRM
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Consistently achieving and surpassing quarterly/annual sales targets

  • Have 5+ years of full cycle SaaS or tech sales, 3+ years of enterprise sales, consistent quota attainment
  • Are passionate about healthcare and patient safety
  • Are interested in and believe in the power of virtual reality 
  • Want to be a part of a team and promote a technology that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry
  • Are a “scrappy” self-starter comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Enjoy or have experience with adult learning, simulation, and technical training
  • Are open to travel 25%-50% of the month post-COVID
  • Believe in selling on value and ROI vs technical functionality 


Preferred qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in medical device or healthcare related sales
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies, including to C-suite and SVP level
  • Ability to build and deliver a variety of presentations to your customers
