The Mixed Reality Gov team is seeking a program manager to work across our strategic portfolio of programs. You will work in cross functional engineering and program management teams to manage hardware, experience, user research, and business initiatives in support of the Mixed Reality Gov portfolio. You will assist in the creation of customer deliverables that meet technical and programmatic needs.

In this role you will work closely with our user research, hardware, and software engineering teams along with the end-user to bring new capabilities to IVAS ecosystem. You will work with government customers to explore new user needs that may be met through the integration of Microsoft, Government, or 3rd party solutions. #MixedReality

Responsibilities
  • Work across a diverse set of stakeholders including customer, business, and product development teams to understand and identify user needs.
  • Research the global government market to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the positioning of Mixed Reality solutions to capitalize on known and unknown market potential.
  • Create new demand by informing build teams with new product outcomes and requirements.
  • Support customer teams developing applications and experiences on IVAS.
  • Align funding sources to strategic MR initiatives, matriculating and converting customer potential into scale product businesses.
  • Continually adapt the operation and processes to changing environments, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the operation delights the customer.
  • Keenly assess risk, anticipate issues, overcome obstacles, and find creative ways to maximize profit while exceeding customer expectations.
  • You will obsessively support the customer and their mission.

Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
  • Fingerprint Background Check: This position will be required to pass a customer required Fingerprint Background Check.
  • Ability to obtain a US GOVT security clearance
