*** A senior software architect must have extensive computer science experience and should hold a bachelor’s degree in the field. Additionally, the architect must have in-depth experience and knowledge of various computer codes, including Java, C++, .NET, and C#. Particular companies may ask for proficiency or mastery in coding schemes specific to mobile technology, such as HTML5, or web technology, such as JavaScript.

You will define and create what tomorrow looks like for the industries of anime, art and video games. A completely new generation of entertainment experiences built from scratch on a massive scale on a social platform with e-commerce capabilities, AR/VR and cutting-edge technology developped exclusively for the this new environment. It needs to live, breath and die for anime, art and games with stunning visuals, look and feel backed by the right technology.

From start to finish, we want someone that never quits, takes heads on the toughest challenges and gives it all they got to stay on top of those critical situations . Ideal person will have a knack for figuring out the most optimal solutions to get what we want done and keep going to push us through those tough situations.

You will be a key player in helping us to architect and expand our platform development to become the industry standard.

- You have a mindset of continuous learning and are eager to foster internal team development by sharing your knowledge and mentoring others when needed. You will also make the executive decisions with regards to the technological interests of the company. You will be responsible for outlining the company's technological vision and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs.

**Requirements**

*   You work very diligently on delivering code quality across the technical stack, meaning both frontend and backend. Some of the technologies you will be working with are Ruby, Java, Javascript, HTML5, C#, etc. Work autonomously and have full ownership of your code. No micromanagement. You take pride in well-organized, clear & concise code.

*   Experience with deploying, extending, maintaining, and monitoring live production web applications.

*   Setting a vision for how and what technologies will be used in the company. Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.

*   Development team management, quality and timing control.

*   Be part of a highly ambitious team where your ideas, suggestions, and creativity are highly valued.
