Job Description

As Product Designer at Scandit, you will be responsible for designing mobile apps that solve next-generation problems for augmented reality experiences, demonstrate our capabilities to a broad audience, and enable our customers to experience our data capture technologies in their workflows. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop concepts, prepare wireframes, and execute detailed design across a number of products. 

What You Will Do

• Apply user-focused design methods to develop concepts for new ways of demonstrating Scandit’s technology in a number of verticals - from Retail to Travel to Healthcare.
• Work in collaboration with key project teams including design, engineering and product management.
• Work closely with our lead designer to help establish visual creative direction for our products and maintain a consistent design system.
• Test design prototypes for usability.
• Turn broadly-defined conceptual ideas into wireframes and detailed designs
• Work closely with engineering during implementation and QA.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years experience in product design for mobile apps
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations 
• Strong visual design and prototyping skills 
• Comfortable with the UX process from start to finish
• Familiar with the latest trends and best practices for mobile UX
• Expert with Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma. 
• Previous experience with Augmented Reality is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Eligible to work in Poland
