We are looking for an exceptional IT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES who can strategically partner with MKS’ Human Resource organization to support and advance HR business goals & objectives. In this role, the Business Relationship Manager has a key change agent role to understand, refine, and to drive standardization of Human Resources processes and tools across the Enterprise. This individual will align business strategies with IT system/service deployments to ensure IT priorities are consistent with Human Resources strategic goals and objectives. This role will be a leader in MKS’ mission to standardize business practices and solutions across the MKS business units and functions.


· Business Engagement - through strong partnership with the business, build an understanding of the Human Resources current business models, organization, objectives and opportunities for improvement. Partner with HR Stakeholders to facilitate the framing of ideas, prioritization of demand, creation of business cases and value statements as well as identifying solutions to solve business problems

· Process Consulting - understand, recommend refinement and promote standardization of Human Resources process to include Learning Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Time & Attendance and Payroll. Leverage process improvement principles, value-stream mapping, capability mapping and continuous improvement tools to achieve significant improvement results. Regularly meet with Human Resources organization to provide short-term focused consultations on common organizational, systems, processes and change-related challenges

· Communication - assist in the facilitation of meetings to discuss IT initiatives and business/IT strategy - deliver informative, well-organized presentations. Effectively communicate difficult/sensitive information and facilitate decision making and conflict resolution. Foster cross-functional communication enabling quality, highly integrated end to end process and solutions. Educate the user community on IT work that will impact them directly and indirectly

· Project Execution - work directly with the IT teams to ensure commitments are met and solutions are delivered reliably and predictably. Create and/or contribute to project deliverables and reporting (status reports, stakeholder analysis, risk/mitigation, change management plans, etc.). Facilitate change management process (including training) and help define the structural and cultural changes required to reach project goals. Support implementation, cutover, and post "go-live" support of new processes and tools


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity is:


• Bachelor's degree preferred and 10+ years' related business experience in Human Resources or support of those functions in an IT trusted advisor role

· Excellent consultative, presentation, and facilitation skills, proven problem-solving skills; strategic, logical and analytical thinker

· Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally to insure successful implementations of the Business Systems at various MKS facilities - 20% Travel required

· Familiarity with Workday desired
