Mixed Reality Capture Studios team is pioneering
volumetric video, creating best in class holograms of human performances for AR, VR, mobile, and web across a global network of studio partners.
This team is open to people
working remotely anywhere in US.
We’re looking for an experienced developer to help advance this new visual medium.

Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in development of next-gen systems for high-performance volumetric video creation and delivery. You’ll collaborate with researchers to bring the latest innovations in volumetric reconstruction from lab to market. You will have a passion for improving human experience via new technologies and will thrive on working closely with creators to achieve their vision in a new medium.
- Architect, implement and support high performance distributed software systems for creation and delivery of volumetric video media for AR, VR, mobile and web.
- Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Work with other engineers, scientists, artists, and program management to understand product challenges and deliver state-of-the-art results, balancing engineering excellence with production realities.
Qualifications
What you'll need
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience with proven track record of shipping products
- Experience developing high performance systems in C++
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agility, flexibility, and comfort in dealing with ambiguity in a startup-like environment.
