The Facebook Reality Labs group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together. This includes Oculus and Portal products, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager that can identify and build strong relationships with influencers that can grow brand reach through content creation, brand and product amplification and education. The ideal candidate lives and breathes influencer relations and has strong relationships with influencers across fashion, culture, lifestyle, sport, music, health, and celebrities. Someone that is tapped into culture and consumer technology and has established relationships and is experienced in leveraging those relationships for both paid and earned marketing. They are versed in and have experience working with social and content platforms like Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and Twitter, and have collaborated closely with public relations and social media professionals in the past. In this position, you will be part of a team to help develop and define the people, processes and tools needed to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Build an influencer marketing program from the ground up that is a key brand and business driver with measurable impact across reach, impressions, traffic and sales.
  • Work with internal partners and external agencies to effectively implement relationship management tools and processes.
  • Identify, source and manage relevant influencers to help build our brand and product strategies.
  • Work with influencers to create content to drive product awareness and education.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the business to find ways to leverage influencer partnerships as part of campaigns and brand moments (e.g. Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy and PR).
  • Establish measurement strategies across organic reach, engagement, impressions, traffic and sales that ladder to overall business short and long term goals. Create a reporting structure to evaluate the impact of the influencer program.
  • Create and manage product seeding strategy, including overseeing the development of seeding kits, maintaining seeding lists and managing product send outs.
  • Lead and manage agency partners to help support the influencer program.
  • Manage global collaboration for initiatives with regional marketing counterparts.
Minimum Qualification
  • 8+ years experience managing influencer marketing programs with relationships across fashion, entertainment, sports, music, culture, lifestyle.
  • Experience working in the nascent stages of an influencer program with experience building from scratch.
  • Proven experience in using influencer marketing as a tactic to achieve brand awareness, reach all the way through to driving education, consideration and conversion.
  • Experienced in storytelling prowess with creating content for influencers that have driven brand engagement and growth.
  • Experience leading agency partners/in-house creative and inspiring them to make the best work.
  • Experience in delivering global culturally relevant, forward- thinking consumer centric initiatives.

Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Experience in highly innovative consumer product categories and brands such as consumer tech, fashion, sports, entertainment or culture brands.
