Proven ability to complex digital manufacturing solutions that span Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Strategy, Supply Chain, Plant Operations, and Quality Management.
A complex delivery leader with experience and comfort in all the following areas: Digital Twin, Digital Plant, OT landscape, OT architecture, and Data integration. Expertise in multi-capability, complex solutions, with deep promise in digital manufacturing, such as Digital Twin, highly preferred.
Experience in Life Science or Consumer Goods is highly preferred. Shares colleagues' passion for building a distinguished practice that lives Accenture’s core values.

The work:
Manage complex delivery, with life science or consumer goods clients based in the Northeastern region, North America. Delivery of multi-domain and requires an ability to work with experts in various domains, on both the client and delivery side, to deliver coherent outcomes that track to originating value propositions.
Understanding of key challenges and trends in life sciences or consumer goods, especially around digital manufacturing and plant operations, and familiarity with industry challenges is advantageous.

What you need:
Proven ability to manage requirements and high definition and process of high-visibility, multi-national engagements, with global teams diverse in skills and backgrounds.
Ability to diagnose and remediate execution challenges, decisively and accurately, and, more importantly, an ability to foresee and avoid challenges.
Basic understanding of project financial management and deal economics.
Excellent communicator and truth-seeker able to identify the essence of business challenges and construct creative solutions.

  • 4 years degree with Engineering focus (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related technical field)

  • 4 years of experience in Life Science/Consumer Goods/Industrial Industry

  • Knowledgeable and experience with Digital Twin, Digital Plant

  • Operational Technology Landscape and Architecture - Knowledgeable with automated manufacturing CNC and robotic operations including PLC, SCADA, HMI, Vision

  • Data Integration
