Position Overview


Proximie is transforming the healthcare market as the only global provider capable of connecting surgeons in real time, with Augmented Reality (AR), data capture and predictive analytics. The company was founded in 2016 and currently operates out of three hubs (US, UK and Middle East) to serve customers across the world.


We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to drive the evolution of our hospital ecosystem. The role will help us deliver our world-class digital platform that delights our customers and positively impacts the surgical landscape, empowering surgical communities worldwide.


You’ll work both across the entire company and also across regions and surgical disciplines to ensure our Case Management capability delivers on what’s best for the surgeon, the patient, and our business partners.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership in the Case Management and Technical Support teams to identify training needs and provide instructional design input on crafting effective learning outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver the global training strategy and programs, both technical and non-technical for all operational aspects of the organization, e.g. new hire onboarding, continuous learning, training on updates and new products, etc.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure service readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) by developing and delivering required training upon launch.
  • Build course design specifications for both instructor led and virtual learning curricula.
  • Investigate and engage in new learning approaches and tools for developing training such as gamification, coaching, VR and AR.
  • Develop technical and soft skill assessments and surveys supporting the effectiveness of continuous learning.
  • Work with the operations team to implement solutions, drive in-field response and ensure delighted surgeons, partners, and hospital stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Experience developing and delivering corporate training programs
  • Experience with compliance certifications and global regulatory frameworks for medical products
  • Good communicator with ability to align across many stakeholder groups
  • Customer focused, business oriented, able to exercise independent planning and judgement
  • High degree of initiative, self-starter, resilient, persistent and patient.
  • Practical experience with remote training challenges and approaches for delivery.
  • Metrics and results oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in hardware engineering, robotics, clinical laboratory science, biomedical engineering, or other relevant major with the technical aptitude to comprehend scientific and technical content.
  • Experience with medical devices
  • Experience with formal QMS systems
  • Experience with Six Sigma or equivalent methodology within a hospital setting
  • Certification or training in learning development tools.
  • Understanding of telehealth, software and networking
  • Start-up and/or healthcare experience
  • Experience with Health IT, Digital Health and/or surgical domain
