We are seeking to hire an innovative and enthusiastic Instructor adept at developing and administering technical product content to adult learners. In this role, you will work with the Pall Global Product Support team to design, develop, coordinate, and deliver industry leading training to support personnel primarily for Americas-based service training.

Responsibilities:

Use technical content and develop delivery modalities via a variety of training methods including course curriculum, course learning agenda, course presentation materials for the servicing, repair, installation, PM, and calibration of Pall systems.

Deliver product service training classes to Pall Field-Service support personnel and collaborate with product support personnel to develop, maintain, and implement product technical skills-standards for use in training classes and augmented training delivery systems.

Maintain assigned Pall training systems and local classroom facility. Utilize principles of instructional design in course development projects. Apply different adult learning styles and modalities to classroom instruction.

Be able to deliver training via Instructor led training at Pall training centers or remote / distance learning and e-Learning scenarios. Use Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR / VR), Webinars and On-demand learning methods.

Collaborate with all partners using DBS or Kaizen principles tools for ongoing process improvement.

Deliver training to customers for set up, operation, calibration, quality control, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to others who provide product-line training support to others.

Develop course curriculum using approved Pall training development content tools to create effective and engaging e-learning. Content creation tools include Articulate, Storyline, and others.

Recommend appropriate and innovative solutions and complete the design and development of all web-based, virtual, on-the-job and classroom materials. Build a plan into each learning project for evaluating the successful achievement of training outcomes.

Provide thought leadership around evaluation of course effectiveness and Work with service management to standardize global training content delivery and training completion records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Instructional Design, adult learning, and augmented training solutions.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Organizational Design or Training / Education
  • Minimum of two or more years current experience programming web-based training (Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) for instruction settings.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) content creation
  • Experience with engineering concepts, clinical laboratory experience or familiarity with large molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Must have technical aptitude to comprehend technical product training content. Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Apply structure and accepted standard methodology tools on a regular basis while coaching and providing mentorship to others.
  • Experiences as a Product Technical Service Engineer as well as any knowledge of Pall products and systems in Customer environments
  • Ability to work in greater Boston MA and/or remote with ability to travel when required.
