The Anheuser-Busch Customer Collaboration Center will be the destination where retailers will explore the ever-changing world of consumers, shoppers, and alcohol occasions. Packed with insights, the Center will showcase AB’s thought leadership and allow us to collaborate on shopper solutions to fuel growth.
This role is responsible for translating our strategy into meaningful experiences. For example, instead of telling a retailer the challenges shoppers face in the beer aisle, how could we SHOW them?
The Sr. Manager Experience will use our cutting-edge technology, including Virtual Reality and an immersive theatre setting, to bring all our research, strategies, and recommendations to life.
Through his/her efforts, the key visual and experiential elements of retailer visit will be brought to life within the Center in a way that is creative, educational, and impactful.
This role is highly cross-functional and will work across all commercial teams within AB including:

Area of responsibilities
Build Creative Assets
Set the direction (creative brief) for the creation of digital and physical assets to be leveraged on the retailer visits. We have creative agencies to do the design work. This role will be responsible for giving them the right input and managing the workflow.
- Partner with the Trade Marketing team to incorporate the latest trade programs
- Work closely with Director of Experience to align on specific needs for each module, and leading the brief, the agency communication, and the asset deployment strategy
- Partner with the strategy team to manage the total AR/VR experience, directing tech partner efforts and ensuring all creative elements, logos, graphics, etc. are brought to life seamlessly
Customize Content For Each Retailer Visit
Every retailer’s visit to the Center is unique and tailored to them. This role will be responsible for ensuring all custom content is incorporated.
- Identify account team objectives and then building the visit plan based on our library of content modules available.
- Collect and integrate all custom content and graphics for each retailer visit.
- Manage creative agencies in the creation of new content as needed.
- Manage direction of various branding and media materials, ensuring the visual brand identity of the CCC, Anheuser-Busch, and individual brands are adhered to in all final deliverables
- Take initiative to explore new ways to present data and insights in an immersive and experiential way
Facilitate The Retailer Visits
The Collaboration Center team will play the lead role in facilitating the visits. This includes presenting, leading brainstorm sessions, showcasing our concepts in virtual reality and more.
- Assist the Director of Experience in developing narrative and facilitation plan for each retailer visit
- Assist in the planning and execution of experience execution and workshop facilitation
- Assist in crafting strategic stimulus and exercises for retailer visits
- Lead end to end requirements and execution of retailer workshop sessions
- Assist in facilitation and ideation sessions during visits as needed
Build Strategy For The Collaboration Center
- Identify other visit types for the Center (e.g. training, wholesaler meetings, board meetings) and map the content and asset needs
- Build 3-year plan for creating new content
- Build 3-year visitation strategy
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
And Experience
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- An understanding of human-centred design or other design-thinking methodologies.
- 3+ years creating experiences for business professionals (e.g. workshops).
- Experience working with creative agencies.
- Excellent presentation and story-telling skills; comfortable presenting to Sr. Executives.
- Ability to influence across levels, with and without authority.
- Experience with the CPG or retail industry preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion, anticipating challenges and ensuring budget adherence.
- Strong organizational skills.
