The Opportunity: Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding partner and equity holder in No Curfew Group Inc., taking the pivotal role of Chief Technology Officer. You will be the architect and executor of Krossfade's entire technology vision, from the core immersive systems of Krossfade Live to the advanced production capabilities of our studio. You will build the technological backbone for a new category of entertainment. This is an equity-heavy, high-impact, high-reward role for a world-class technologist ready to pioneer and build something truly unprecedented. Please note: This is a founding opportunity with significant equity; there is no initial salary until key funding milestones are achieved.

What You'll Do

• Define, architect, and execute the end-to-end technology strategy and infrastructure for Krossfade Live’s fully immersive, LED-wrapped venue and the Krossfade Production Studio.
• Lead the design, selection, integration, operation, and evolution of all experiential technologies, including:
• Large-scale, high-resolution LED video environments (walls, ceilings, potentially floors).
• Cutting-edge spatial, immersive, and concert-grade audio systems.
• Real-time generative visual platforms (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, TouchDesigner, Notch).
• Interactive technologies, sensor networks, and audience participation systems.
• AR/VR/XR integration points (as applicable).
• Broadcast, streaming, and content capture infrastructure.
• Collaborate intimately with our CEO, CXO, COO, and world-renowned architectural partners (Populous, OMA, RIOS) to ensure seamless and innovative integration of technology into the physical venue designs and creative experiences.
• Develop and manage the technical infrastructure for high-end content creation (including virtual production), asset management, and multi-platform distribution.
• Establish and lead Krossfade's data architecture, cybersecurity strategy, and network infrastructure.
• Build and lead a best-in-class technical team, comprising internal engineers, technicians, and external technology vendors/integrators.
• Drive technological innovation, R&D, and develop proprietary solutions where strategic.
• Oversee technology budgets, procurement, and vendor/partner relationships.

Who You Are

• A visionary and deeply experienced technology leader (10-15+ years) with a proven track record as a CTO, VP of Engineering/Technology, Head of R&D, or similar, in sectors such as:
• Large-scale immersive entertainment or LBE (Location-Based Entertainment).
• Live venue technology for major events or installations (concerts, theme parks, museums).
• Virtual production, VFX, or AAA game development (especially with real-time engines).
• Advanced media systems integration or broadcast engineering for complex projects.
• Profound expertise across a wide range of relevant technologies: large-format video (LEDs, projection), real-time graphics, spatial audio, interactive systems, networking for high-bandwidth media, cloud infrastructure, and content pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambitious creative and experiential concepts into robust, scalable, and operable technical realities.
• Proven experience leading, building, and mentoring high-performing, multi-disciplinary technical teams through the full lifecycle of complex projects.
• Strategic thinker with an eye on future technological trends, capable of making long-term architectural decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on when needed, a natural problem-solver, resilient, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, passionate about pushing technological boundaries.
• Excited by an equity-heavy, high-impact founding role and the challenge of building something that will define a new generation of venues.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
