Equity-Based with Paid Initial Project

Harvard/MIT-founded Draco Intelligence is developing Bull, the lightest AR cycling glasses on the market (36g), co-designed with WorldTour athletes, Olympians, and national federations. As we move toward first-round production, we’re looking for a Head of Global Partnerships to help scale outreach across elite endurance sport and strategic markets.


Role Overview

This is a practical, high-impact role focused on sourcing and securing early commercial partners, sponsors, and institutional adopters. You’ll work directly with the founder to expand Bull’s reach and shape early strategic relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact teams, athletes, coaches, and gear brands
  • Maintain CRM and track active conversations
  • Coordinate with founder on pitch materials, LOIs, and follow-ups
  • Help build and formalize our early adopter and sponsorship base


Compensation

  • Paid trial project to assess working style and fit
  • Ongoing compensation in the form of equity (based on scope and contribution)
  • Growth path toward a titled leadership role as the company scales


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with outbound outreach in sports, tech, or early-stage ventures
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and effective communicator
  • Ideally has a network or contacts in the wearables, endurance sports, or defense industry
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with a founder
