JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Content Strategist and take a leading role in shaping and optimizing our content landscape on DeoVR. With content expertise, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of RecSys, user behavior, and visual content performance, you’ll drive engagement and discovery.

Own the process, refine content strategy, and make our platform more engaging, valuable, and high-performing—especially if you're passionate about the industry and excited to dive into its unique dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze content (video, image) performance and publishing schedules to boost engagement
• Identify top-performing visual content and fill gaps to improve user experience
• Develop content strategies aligned with user journeys and business goals
• Identify trends in thumbnails, previews, and visual content performance to automate the selection of high-impact visuals
• Work with developers and data team to enhance RecSys and visual content recommendations
• Stay updated on market trends and engage with communities to understand audience needs
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE:

• Background in content, platform operations, marketing, or a related field
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and enhance content performance
• Understanding of RecSys, content feeds, and platform optimization
• Skilled at translating data insights into impactful content strategies that drive engagement
• Proactive and strategic thinker who knows what attracts, engages, and scales
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passionate about immersive tech and high-performance content
