About the Role

VectorIQ is seeking an enthusiastic and growth-minded Associate Product & Growth Strategist to help drive the expansion of our immersive training platform, powered by the latest in VR, AR, and XR. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get hands-on with real product work—spanning setup, design, strategy, marketing, and innovation.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our immersive platform evolves and grows. No need to be an expert yet—we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, comfortable being hands-on, and excited about growing into a product or platform owner role in the near future.

What You’ll Do

🧩 Product Enablement & Ownership

  • Get hands-on with VR/AR hardware, including MetaQuest 3 and 3s, learning how to set up and configure demo environments.
  • Work with offshore development teams to track feature development, understand technical requirements, and assist in testing and QA processes.
  • Support live and recorded demo sessions, showcasing immersive training use cases to stakeholders and clients.

📈 Growth Strategy & Market Insights

  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential customers across industries like healthcare, biotech, and enterprise training.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to shape the platform’s value proposition and adoption strategy.
  • Explore new module ideas and prototype immersive training concepts through cross-functional collaboration.

🎨 Marketing, Content & Digital Presence

  • Take ownership of marketing and brand storytelling across digital channels.
  • Create compelling visuals, messaging, and materials using tools like Canva and Framer for websites and digital campaigns.
  • Build and schedule content across platforms, including:
  • Social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
  • LinkedIn messaging and outreach for customer engagement
  • Video content and training walkthroughs
  • Blog and website updates for thought leadership and platform insights

💡 Innovation & Tech Exploration

  • Stay on top of the latest VR/AR/XR advancements—regularly exploring developer ecosystems like Meta Horizon and other tools.
  • Research and propose new content ideas and formats, experimenting with storytelling and interactivity.
  • Learn the basics of design and development pipelines in immersive platforms.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required (open to all majors; technical or creative curiosity is a plus).
  • 0–3 years of experience; internships, school projects, or personal work in tech, media, or product spaces are welcomed.
  • A natural self-starter who enjoys solving problems, learning by doing, and exploring new technologies.
  • Passionate about immersive learning, storytelling, and user engagement.
  • Strong communicator—comfortable crafting messages, visuals, and narratives for different audiences.
  • Excited about wearing multiple hats: product, design, research, marketing, and tech exploration.

Bonus if you have any exposure to:

  • Unity for VR/AR development
  • Meta Quest or SteamVR ecosystems
  • Tools like Figma, Framer, Notion, or similar

Why Join VectorIQ?

  • Work directly on a platform that’s transforming how people learn and train through immersive experiences.
  • Be part of a nimble, creative team where your input matters from day one.
  • Learn from product, strategy, design, and development leaders across global teams.
  • Develop into a future Product Owner or Growth Lead by building real skills and experience.
