What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create engaging 3D spaces using the Unity game engine for various outreach events
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective integration of design elements and user experience
• Serve as a liaison with external technical consultants to troubleshoot and optimize VR environments
• Prepare documentation and instructions for event staff and users interacting with the VR experience
• Stay updated on VR trends and tools to continuously improve offerings
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience creating digital 3D environments and objects, including classroom experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as in a traditional office environment
• Availability to work 10-15 hours per week during academic terms and up to 35 hours during summer events
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with the Unity game engine
• Familiarity with Sketchfab and Amazon Web Services web hosting
• Background in designing games or digital educational activities in 3D platforms
