Salary: $135k - $220k
Equity: $200k-$500k
Clearance: Be eligible for secret clearance

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to develop applications that meet end-user needs.

- Work closely with immersive designers and server-side engineers to create seamless user experiences.
- Engage in user research to inform application development and enhance usability.
- Utilize Unity and various programming languages to build robust applications.
- Contribute to the development of mission-critical applications in both mixed reality and 2D environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in mixed reality or related fields.
- Proficiency in Unity and familiarity with physics engines.
- Strong programming skills in C/C#/C++, Python, Java, and Javascript.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A passion for creating innovative user experiences and solving complex problems.
