Join Our Team as Business Development Manager

Position Summary

A global leader in advanced AR/VR and nano-imprint semiconductor solutions. Renowned for its ethical practices, technological innovation and exceptions service, recognized as an industry pioneer and a trusted partner. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager to drive growth through the development of new business and the management of existing accounts. The successful candidate will bridge technical expertise with strategic sales to propel the company's success in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans targeting novel photolithography market segments, with a focus on AR/VR and semiconductor-related applications and manage and grow key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with account managers to oversee key sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while balancing proactive and controlled account strategies.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs and emerging market demands.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in emerging markets domestically and internationally; attend technology forums and industry events to promote the company’s offerings.
• Supervise and guide account managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 10 years' business development experience with a strong background in AR/VR and semiconductor technologies
• Strong understanding of semiconductor and nano-imprint technologies, particularly their applications in AR/VR markets

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: $90,000-175,000
• Additional variable compensation based on individual and company performance

Travel Requirements:

• Domestic: Approximately 40%
• International: 2 trips/year to Asia and Europe
