About The Role

A technology company specialising in innovative digital solutions for the tourism industry is seeking an experienced AR/VR Developer. The company is embarking on an exciting project to create immersive augmented reality experiences for Destination Marketing Organisations (DMOs). This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge WebAR applications that will revolutionise how tourists interact with and explore destinations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement WebAR experiences using a specialised SDK
  • Create a range of AR applications, from simple to complex, tailored for DMOs
  • Utilise HTML, JavaScript, and A-frame to build robust and interactive AR content
  • Design and develop 3D models suitable for AR applications
  • Optimise AR experiences for various devices and platforms


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in AR/VR development, with a focus on WebAR applications
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and A-frame
  • Expertise in 3D modeling and animation for AR/VR environments
  • Experience with WebAR SDKs and frameworks
  • Solid understanding of AR principles and best practices
