Consultant to join our team and help drive our mission forward.


Job Summary:

The IVR Solutions Consultant will play a dual role in our company, combining

technical expertise with sales acumen to support and promote our immersive VR products and

services. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for

our IVR systems, as well as driving sales by engaging with potential clients, conducting

demonstrations, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Support:

● Install, configure, and maintain IVR hardware and software for clients.

● Support and collaborate to create original IVR content.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IVR systems.

● Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of IVR equipment.

● Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of IVR

systems.

● Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and suggest improvements.


Sales:

● Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector, including schools,

universities, and training centers.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our VR

solutions.

● Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide

tailored solutions.

● Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.

● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology,

Sales, Marketing) OR equivalent experience and/or certificate.

● Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with IVR or related technology.

● Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.

● Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

● Passion for educational technology and immersive learning experiences.


Preferred Skills:

● Experience with IVR development tools and platforms.

● Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of its unique needs.

● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Salary: $25/hour (negotiable) with PTO plus 10% commission on each completed sales

contract.
