Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological direction of Heroes' Veritas. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, product development, and innovation. This is an equity-based position, ideal for a technology leader who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of gaming and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals and vision.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of our extended reality gaming platforms and supporting technology infrastructure.
• Oversee the development of our gaming, live-action, and animated content, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and technical staff.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all technology systems.
• Collaborate with other executives to drive product development and strategic decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the gaming, entertainment, and theme park industries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or theme park industry.
• Strong background in software development, system architecture, and product management.
• Experience with extended reality (VR/AR) technologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in gaming and entertainment technology.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to be part of a pioneering project.
