The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to support the Global President in executing key projects and strategic initiatives. This highly-visible impactful role demands strong problem-solving and organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a keen ability to think strategically and execute effectively. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is able to combine diligent planning & organization, analytical rigor, an obsessive focus on outcomes, and an empathetic yet direct interpersonal style. You have a demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives, establish credibility with internal and customer C-Suite stakeholders, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to tackle a variety of challenges. What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning: Assist the Global President in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage complex, multi-dimensional projects, including organization design, post-merger integration, and cross-department commercial initiatives. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Analysis and Reporting: Leverage your analytical acumen to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that steer strategic decision-making. Develop detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Global President, CEO, and Board of Directors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You’re excited to work with an impactful team of builders and represent the President across different company functions, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on key initiatives.
- Organization Design: Assist in designing and implementing organizational structures that optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the organization is structured to meet current and future business needs.
- Post-merger Integration: Lead and manage integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition and realization of synergies.
- Business Judgment: Provide sound business judgment in the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives. Advise the Global President on key decisions, leveraging a deep understanding of the business and industry.
- Minimum of 5 years in consulting or investment banking, with a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects. MBA preferred.
- Experience working directly for C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling, high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
- A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- You can pivot on the fly. Immersive experiences are constantly evolving, so our priorities do, too. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today, and that excites you.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and judgment, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex business issues.

$150,000 — $175,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
