We are seeking a visionary  Lead/Founding Software Engineer - AR & AI - Spatial Computing App Development

with a stellar background in app development, augmented reality (AR) and AI The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-profile projects such as Niantic, Snap, Apple/Vision Pro, Meta/Ray Ban, etc.

This role demands a strategic leader who can drive our technology vision, oversee the development team, and ensure the scalability and security of our platform. Additionally, experience in AI and data management will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the development and deployment of our AR-based applications, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
• Enhance real-world networking opportunities through innovative AR solutions.
• Bring creativity, technical expertise, experience, vision, and a desire to experiment to the role.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.
• Ensure robust security and scalability of the platform to support international growth.
• Utilize AI and data management techniques to enhance the functionality and user experience of our AR applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or in a similar leadership role in tech companies.
• Strong background in app development with a focus on AR/VR technologies.
• Experience working on high-profile AR projects (e.g., Apple/Vision Pro, Meta/Rayban, Snap, Niantic).
• In-depth knowledge of AR frameworks, computer vision, and machine learning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with AI and data management is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of scaling tech products internationally.
