ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

Join the Optics Research Team, where we push the boundaries of virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences. As a Research Assistant, you'll collaborate with a diverse team to explore novel interfaces and hardware subsystems. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting human subject research studies, providing access to cutting-edge technology and resources.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Understand and execute study objectives, including informed consent collection and data annotation.
• Conduct literature reviews and assist with participant recruitment and scheduling.
• Help design experiments, provide feedback, and prepare equipment for studies.
• Ensure industry-leading standards of safety, privacy, and security are maintained throughout the research process.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Experience understanding and communicating technical information to non-experts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline.
• Prior experience with research participant recruitment and/or participant/patient intake and personal data processing.
