Job Description
The Avatars + Identity Team is looking for a Producer to help build and scale personalized Avatar experiences across our portfolio of products.As a Producer supporting the Technical Art team, you will establish and maintain operational procedures, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders. Producer Responsibilities:
- Establish and create processes to help the Technical Art team run efficiently and smoothly
- Maintain an overview of the state of projects and create visibility on status and risk
- Collaborate and proactively solve issues with team leads and cross-functional leads
- Drive Roadmapping, track dependencies and de-risk execution
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and self-motivated environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience shipping games/animation/film/interactive media in a professional environment
- Experience to prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines across distributed teams
- Knowledge and practical application of project management tools used by development teams (ex. Jira, Shotgrid, Asana, etc).
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the experience to communicate complex concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a technical program or project as a producer or technical artist
- Experience shipping AR/VR applications
- Analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design and decision-making.
