Company Overview: We are a foundationally established startup poised to launch and revolutionize the XR (Extended Reality) consulting landscape. Our focus is on providing the human-led talent that the market needs to deliver immersive technologies for customers the workforce while operating a global network of partnerships and contractors.


Our goal is to empower businesses across industries to harness the full potential of XR technologies, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR). We have established the foundational business, brand, services / offerings and have also established an initial set of immersive technology partners (consulting and technology).


Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and visionary Co-founder to join our entrepreneurial journey and help us spearhead the growth of our XR consulting services startup. As a key member of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's direction, strategy, and success. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual with a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving XR industry.


Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  2. Business Development: Drive the acquisition of clients, partnerships, and projects to establish a strong presence in the XR consulting market.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-value XR consulting services and solutions.
  4. Team Building: Recruit, lead, and inspire a diverse team of XR experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.
  6. Product Development: Work closely with the technical team to develop and refine our suite of XR consulting offerings, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market demands.
  7. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to drive sustainable growth and profitability.


Qualifications:

  1. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated track record of entrepreneurship, with experience building and scaling businesses from the ground up.
  2. XR Expertise: Deep understanding of XR technologies, applications, and industry trends, with hands-on experience in XR development and deployment.
  3. Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, anticipate market shifts, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
  5. Consulting-driven Sales & Business Development: Significant experience in sales and business development with a focus in consulting and technology.
  6. Client Focus: Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional value and building long-term relationships with clients.
  7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
