Essential requirements

•           Must have at least 5 to 7 years in Technical leadership role.

•           At least 3 to 5 years of experience in XR solutions across a wide range of XR solutions.

•           Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or computer engineering field.

•           Must have developed AR/VR solutions for at least 2/3 years.

•           Must have experience deploying AR/VR solutions for wide consumption.

•           Must have led technical design and given direction to a development team toward AR/VR solutions

•           Must have experience working in a multi-vendor and multi-application environment

•           Must have worked throughout the software development lifecycle with a focus on operationalizing solutions

•           Ability to build relationship and a willingness to learn and develop is essential to be successful in this role.

•           He/ she will need to proactively reach out to Business and work with architects and software engineers to gain alignment and deliver on commitment.

Experiences:

• Technical Lead (Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality) - Senior software engineer that Extended Reality (XR) solutions (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR)) in compliance with Customer’s guardrails and industry best practice.
• Experience with HMDs, Android application frameworks and deployment, modern web application development, DevOps tooling, Digital Content Creation workflows (ex: Blender, Unity, 3ds Max), and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (SCORM), WebAR, and Connected Worker systems.
• Understanding of non-functional characteristics of XR technologies, performance requirements, scaling infrastructure resources, rendering constraints, and mechanisms for consuming rich media.
• Experience with patterns for distributing and updating applications to mobile marketplaces and deploying web applications; Experience with design patterns.

• This is a technical leadership role in XR solution who will guide and lead other practitioners.
• In this role you will
• Ensure quality technical delivery, reduces technical debt and drives modernization.
• Coach engineers to build with engineering discipline through mentoring and design or code reviews,
• Advocates for automation and automated provisioning practices; reusability, testing, modularity, scalability, observability and integration.
• Effectively communicates with both technical and non-technical audiences and translates the needs of the end users to engineering team.
• Documents established patterns and adapts solutions to fit new use cases.
