HTC is seeking a
Spatial Computing Growth Lead to join our visionary team and drive exponential growth for our cutting-edge solutions.
As the Spatial Computing Growth Lead, you will spearhead our growth initiatives to accelerate the adoption of our spatial computing solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to rapidly acquire users, drive engagement, and expand our market presence. This role involves leading a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive growth in spatial computing technologies and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the spatial computing industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives and product development efforts.
- Drive innovation in spatial computing technologies and solutions, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on spatial computing technologies and solutions, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external partners.
- Stay current on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape in the spatial computing space.
- Drive thought leadership and industry visibility through participation in conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills And Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of driving business growth and innovation in the spatial computing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of spatial computing technologies, including augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR).
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills And Abilities)
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
Working Conditions
- Primary work location is indoors.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.
- The employee is regularly required to sit.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $109,400 - $124,800 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
