Job Description
Kost is a VR/XR studio creating experiences that deepen understanding of our human conditions. We are gearing up for the exciting launch of a new XR experience scheduled for Pride month and are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on leveraging platforms like TikTok (primarily), as well as Instagram, YouTube, and X/Twitter to generate buzz and engagement around our upcoming VR/XR project on the Meta Quest 3.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our project’s themes and launch timeline.
- Create and curate engaging content across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok, adapting strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce sponsored posts that resonate with diverse audiences and maximize reach.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and cultural shifts to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and viral worthy.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI and engagement levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns that have achieved significant reach and engagement.
- Excellent content creation and editing skills, with a knack for capturing trends and utilizing popular sounds and formats.
- Experience in digital marketing and influencer collaborations, ideally within the tech or entertainment industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and communicate effectively with a decentralized team.
