Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Engine 5 Mixed Reality Game Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in game development and be proficient in programming with Unreal Engine 5. This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing game systems, mechanics, and tools for mixed reality games.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and artists to develop and implement mixed reality game mechanics and systems using Unreal Engine 5 and C++ programming
• Create and optimize game systems, tools, and interfaces to enhance the mixed reality player experience
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards
• Troubleshoot and debug mixed reality game issues, as well as identify and implement solutions to improve performance and stability
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on Unreal Engine 5 and mixed reality game development
• Strong knowledge of programming principles and software engineering best practices
• Experience with game engine architecture and optimization techniques
• Strong understanding of game design and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and artists
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver quality results within tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience with mixed reality game development using Unreal Engine 5 and XR systems
• Knowledge of industry-standard software such as Maya and Photoshop
• Familiarity with other game engines such as Unity and CryEngine
• Experience with VR or AR game development
