SimiGon, a leading provider of advanced simulation and training technologies for the defense and aerospace industries, is seeking a talented VR Game Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in developing content and updates for our simulation platforms using the SIMbox SDK.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development effort for assigned components and features, from design conception to final release.
• Develop content and updates for various simulation platforms using the SIMbox SDK.
• Collaborate closely with other developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and user experience.
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, self-accomplishment, commitment, dedication, focus, and productivity as part of a small, agile, and high-performing global team.
• Travel will be required to deployment sites or for team gatherings.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 1-2 years with C++ programming language.
• Proven experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and basic design patterns.
• Proven knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with Windows development environments and IDEs.
• Experience using VR systems, including experience using VR games and applications (development experience on VR platforms is a plus).
• Preferred: Experience with game development engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Preferred: Experience with C# programming language.
