About the Role:

Job Title: Unity 3D Artist.


Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and optimized 3D assets for games, with a focus on Level of

Detail (LOD) optimization in Unity.

• Optimize textures for efficiency in Unity and Blender environments, particularly for

VR experiences.

• Implement rendering optimizations in Unity to achieve the best possible visual

quality within performance constraints.

• Apply knowledge of VR development and prepare/optimize assets in Unity for VR

experiences.

• Utilize 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing skills in Maya, Blender, and

Substance Painter to produce high-quality assets.



Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Unity Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D assets

and environments created for VR. (This is a must-have qualification.)

• Extensive experience with Level of Detail (LOD) optimization techniques in Unity.

• Knowledge of texture optimization for Unity and Blender platforms.

• Familiarity with rendering optimizations in Unity URP to achieve optimal

performance.

• Experience in VR development and preparing/optimizing assets for Unity VR.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in creating environments in Unity and VR.



Location: Redmond, WA.


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $155,000- $165,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
