Position Overview
The AR/VR/MR (XR) team at Autodesk builds and delivers XR workflows to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry (AEC). Our multi-disciplinary team is operating in a start-up mode within Autodesk with autonomy on product, sales, strategy, customer success, marketing, and operations. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales, XR. This is a remote role with some travel for team and partner visits.
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Program Specialist to join our Autodesk Workshop XR sales team. You'll have the chance to work with some of the top businesses in design, engineering, architecture, and construction who are shaping the real world by using AR/VR.
As a Sales Enablement Program Specialist, you will be an integral part of the sales team that sells Autodesk's XR products. You will work directly with the XR Product Sales Specialists as well as the Autodesk Worldwide Sales team and channel partners to arm them with the knowledge, skills, and materials to sell Workshop XR to Autodesk's customers. You will demonstrate collaboration skills as this role will work closely with many cross-functional teams across multiple departments at Autodesk.
Responsibilities
- Development and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement training programs such as product demonstration and positioning workshops
- Manage sales enablement materials such as sales guides, pitch decks, battle cards, one sheets, email sequences and a content library, either independently or in collaboration with marketing for custom assets
- Partner with sales leadership on development of new hire training programs and materials and assist with onboarding
- Manage the documentation of sales processes and identify opportunities for improvements
- You will be the liaison between the XR Sales team and WW Sales Help team to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and manage team support requests
- Project Manage the implementation of other sales technology tools such as Outreach.io
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of applicable professional experience in sales enablement or sales operations, building and delivering programs
- Experience using MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong background in Salesforce and other sales enablement technologies
- Experience leading presentations and an enthusiasm to teach others
- Strong collaboration skills. You will thrive based on your ability to partner with different stakeholders across departments and our direct and indirect sales teams
- Interest and desire to work in an exciting "start-up like" environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge or prior experience working with AEC, XR and other emerging technologies

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,300 and $145,420. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
