Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • The LenZ Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality manager will be responsible for overall project management and day-to-day support as the onsite face to the customer.
  • LenZ is an assisted reality product used by dealership technicians.
  • LenZ allows TECH LINE expert technicians at the factory to provide live consultation where they see everything the technician sees and can share documents and pictures within the technician field of vision.
  • This position requires meticulous organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with AR headset devices and software technology.
  • The ideal candidate requires minimal supervision and can keep up with required communications and deliverables.
  • The candidate will have an analytic mindset and constantly look for opportunities to exceed client expectations and will be supported by an offshore technical team assisting with software management and program reporting.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • ​Project Planning | Task Delivery Tracking | Program Reporting & Analytics | Device Management and Logistics | Budget Development | Website Content Management | Client Support | AR.
  • Expert level Excel proficiency, Tableau expertise .
  • Skill- AR VR
  • Expert PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Ability to create and sustain complex reporting models as maintained in group SharePoint site.
  • Track project tasks and timelines supporting an Agile development process.
  • Ability to learn hardware and software applications and be able to coach dealership users.
  • Ability to manage existing program microsite content and design.
  • Ability to resolve dealer support inquiries.
  • Ability to program, package and ship hardware devices to dealerships as ordered.​
