Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.

•Monitor key performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies as needed to optimize results.

•Engage with the player community across various platforms (forums, social media, Discord, etc.) to foster a positive and vibrant player experience.

•Address player inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, acting as a bridge between players and the development team.

•Organize and execute community events, contests, and other initiatives to maintain and grow player engagement.

•Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and trends, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and game improvements.

•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, and provide regular reports to the management team.

•Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the game, ensuring smooth server operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve any outages or disruptions.

•Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely deployment of updates, patches, and new content.

•Implement and optimize in-game monetization strategies while ensuring a balanced and enjoyable player experience.

•Collect, analyze, and synthesize player feedback and suggestions to provide actionable insights to the development team for continuous improvement of the game.

•Collaborate with product managers and developers to prioritize and implement player-requested features and changes.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•3+ years of experience in game marketing, community management, social media marketing or related roles within the gaming industry.

•Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

•Strong understanding of gaming trends, player behavior, and industry best practices.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing analytics tools to inform decision-making.

•Familiarity with in-game monetization models and strategies.

•Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

•Passion for XR and gaming, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
