What you'll do:
- You will be working with AR / MR devices and software's
- Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens/devices
- Perform login tests, overall solution test and sanity checks
- Assist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing
- Firmware upgrades
- Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship
- Train the other solution users
- Technical support over phone / email as and when needed
- Any graduate
- Technical and good communication skills
- Exposure to Metaverse, AR / MR environments and smart glasses
- Good to have exposure to MS dynamics 365
- Open to learn new XR technologies
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations
- Ability to document if and when it is needed
