OUR PRODUCTION TEAM

Members of our production team specialize in managing engineers and artists, along with managing projects and relationships involving cross-functional teams and third-party partnerships. With a deep understanding of the digital media content landscape and supply chain, we ensure media pipelines are implemented to share digital assets across platforms seamlessly.

THE ROLE

As part of our production team, you will provide support in critical areas of overall project management including designing an execution plan in collaboration with artists and engineers, along with internal and client stakeholders. Your responsibilities include managing that plan, keeping the team working on the highest priority tasks, removing risks and impediments, and leading communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and with our clients.

This position requires superb management and communication skills across industry leaders in mixed-reality, games, technology, visual effects, and animation. If you’d like to collaborate with the brightest minds and spearhead next-generation technology, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Engage in confidential initiatives with a commitment to discretion and ethical conduct
• Attend and present at weekly update meetings and provide qualitative feedback
• Lead day-to-day production efforts for activations and initiatives like MR/VR experiences, conferences, leadership meetings and hackathons.
• Run “fishfooding” sessions with XFN partners. Aggregate feedback from those sessions, communicate the findings, and where appropriate confirm revisions are implemented per approved feedback.
• Cross-collaborate with multiple internal teams to allocate, schedule and balance internal and external resources.
• Manage weekly XR Demo Review meetings.
• Anticipate and mitigate against implementation and rollout challenges,
• Manage and guide team to a working prototype on a tight schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• 4+ years professional experience driving complex projects across teams
• 2+ years managing XR, VFX, or animation processes
• Experience with engineering planning and tracking products such as Trello and Jira
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Experience with Agile engineering practices
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and be flexible in a high paced, high stakes, environment
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 plus equity (per qualifications)
