We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and teams for our portfolio of work solutions (Quest for Business, Horizon Workrooms, and Workplace). In this role, you will lead all marketing efforts for Meta for Work, directly manage a team of integrated marketers and brand strategists, and lead the greater cross-functional teams responsible for all aspects of our marketing. Your team will be responsible for defining global marketing plans for the portfolio, defining brand fundamentals, partnering with XFN teams to lead best-in-class go-to-market, and leading the development of breakthrough global integrated marketing programs and campaigns that deliver against business goals. Our ideal candidate is an accomplished marketing leader, possesses sharp strategic and creative instincts honed at the world's best b2b brands, has experience demonstrating short-and long-term effectiveness and efficiency, and has a proven ability to build, support, and inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing team to do the best work of their careers.

Director of Marketing, Meta for Work Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and nurture the global marcom team responsible for the Meta for Work portfolio.
  • Lead all aspects of the global marketing strategy and campaign development
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional partners including Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Insights, Product Management, Retail, Media, and more.
  • Partner closely with our Sales team to establish strong working relationships with the Meta for Work reseller and ISV network
  • Lead strong relationships with external agencies and inspiring the creation of exceptional campaign work
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics
  • Confidently represent the Meta for Work marketing team with the greater Meta Marketing organization, Reality Labs, and company-level leadership
  • Proactively detect the largest problems impacting their team's execution and makes decisions that resolve and manage dependencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years experience in b2b marketing
  • 8+ years experience managing b2b marketing teams with experience developing integrated marketing programs for large global brands
  • 5+ years experience working on consumer technology brands/products
  • Experience partnering with Insights and Analytics to develop data-driven culture that values speed and iteration
  • Experience managing global budgets, with a focus on stewarding responsible spend that drives business goals
  • Experience building and scaling a brand, business, and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on both enterprise devices and SaaS solutions
