We are seeking an early career talented and creative AR Designer to join our team. The AR Designer will be responsible for designing and developing augmented reality (AR) experiences for The Wrkz foundations first annual art show fundraising event. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for AR design, experience with AR development tools, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative AR designs that meet project objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to illustrate AR concepts and user interactions.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and product managers.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Proven experience as an AR Designer with a portfolio of previous work in AR design and development.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snapchat AR technology, including Lens Studio and SnapML, for creating engaging AR experiences on the Snapchat platform.
• Familiarity with CameraKit or similar camera frameworks for integrating advanced camera functionalities into AR applications.

Commitments

• 4 weeks: 3/13/24 - 4/13/24, 3 hours per week.
• Must meet the deadline for polished artifacts by 4/6/24.
• Weekly team stand-up.
• Ability to attend the day of the event 4/13/24.
