About the job
As a Business Development Manager at DeepBrain AI, you are instrumental in driving the expansion of our innovative business. You will introduce clients to our sophisticated, humanized digital customer services and solutions. This pivotal role requires not only a strategic mindset and a proven track record in business development within the dynamic field of AI technology but also a collaborative spirit. You will work closely with the Business Development Team Leader to align efforts and ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
· Generate, develop, and enhance business leads with strategic acumen.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring seamless interaction with company leadership.
· Deep understanding of client needs, ensuring alignment with DeepBrain AI's innovation.
· Identify and seize new business opportunities through diligent market research, personal networking, and strategy formulation.
· Drive team strategy and decision-making with a data-informed approach, leading to significant business outcomes.
· Communicate effectively with the team leader, ensuring a cohesive approach to meeting business goals.
· Exhibit flexibility in adapting to the strategic direction set by the company, contributing positively to our evolving business landscape.
Essential skills
· Authorized to work in the United States.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent 5+ years’ experience.
· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
· A minimum of 3 RFP experiences. (This will be asked in the interview)
· Proficient in lead generation and advanced knowledge of the AI industry.
Preferred skills
· Extensive experience in AI, AR, VR, or related immersive technologies.
· Strong business acumen with experience in maintaining customer relationships and team management.
· Skilled in formulating and presenting tailored solutions to clients and prospects.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
· A passion for the fast-paced start-up environment and emerging technologies.
